To help maintain a positive, welcoming, and respectful environment for everyone, please follow these club guidelines.
Respect others#
Treat fellow members, volunteers, and guests with courtesy and respect at all times. Be mindful of noise levels, personal space, and the enjoyment of others during games and group activities.
Foster inclusivity#
Help create an environment where everyone feels welcome, regardless of experience level, background, or skill level. Encourage new players and promote a friendly atmosphere.
Zero tolerance#
Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or consistently disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Clean up after yourself#
Please tidy your play area when you finish. Return game pieces and terrain, dispose of rubbish properly, and return furniture to its original position.
Shared equipment#
Be considerate when using shared tables, chairs, terrain, and other club resources so everyone has fair access.
Club property#
Do not remove any club games, terrain, tools, or equipment without prior permission from the Committee. Unauthorised removal will be treated as theft.
Members and guests#
Members are welcome to bring a friend or two on a one-off basis so they can try out the club. We aim to be flexible and welcoming; however, after their trial visit, guests will need to either:
- Become a member (including the free first month option), or
- Book and pay for table space as a non-member.
